Where do you post to?
The UK, Ireland, Switzerland and most of western Europe, plus the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The full list is in the country picker at checkout — if yours isn't there, email us and we'll see what's possible.
Where do you post from?
The United Kingdom. Postage and handling is a flat £5.50 per order, wherever it's going and however much you buy.
Will I pay import charges?
Not if you're in the UK — those orders never cross a customs border. Everywhere else, possibly: we post from the UK, which sits outside the EU customs union, so a parcel arriving in Europe or further afield can attract import VAT and occasionally duty. Those are set by the destination country, not by us, and are paid by whoever receives the parcel. They aren't included in the price at checkout, and we can't predict or refund them.
How long will it take?
Orders are packed and posted by hand, so most leave within 3–5 working days. Add postal time on top, which varies by destination — a few days within the UK, longer further afield. If something is going to take noticeably longer you'll hear from us rather than wonder.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll get an email when the order is received, and a second one with tracking the moment it ships.
Can I return or exchange it?
If you're in the UK or EU you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you've changed your mind, and another 14 to send it back — no reason needed. It needs to come back unworn and unwashed. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it both ways.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email info@ratemyneg.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full including postage both ways — whichever you'd rather. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
