Familiar enough to be a Negroni, but with plenty of Georgian character! Replacing gin with Chacha, Georgia’s fiery grape brandy, alongside Campari, Cocchi Dry Vermouth, Amaro Averna and pomegranate syrup (and garnish). Just enough fruitiness to soften the bitter edges. Great colour. Branded ice to boot.
