Seven Spirits is an award winning cocktail bar in Grindelwald. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. Considerable preparation and skill went into achieving the perfect balance of dilution, producing a well-crafted cocktail. The orange peel was carefully squeezed. around the rim of the glass, enhancing both aroma and flavour. It was then placed in the drink alongside a dried orange garnish, adding an elegant visual touch. The level of precision and craftsmanship demonstrated a genuine commitment to cocktail excellence.
