Red Wine Negroni, where the Gin is replaced with a fruity red (waitress confirmed Gamay). Resulted in a longer drink which was slightly sweeter, rounder and smoother than a standard gin cocktail. The colour was was a deep garnet. I’m surprised we don’t see more of these on the menu!
