A well presented example of the classic negroni. Heavy but thin walled glass. Substantial single cube of ice. Garnished with a twist of orange. An ideal garnish would have been dehydrated. Let down by the size of the drink. Slightly too short. Otherwise a fantastic negroni in a lovely historical building with very attentive service. Would definitely return.
